Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist with a focus on Events and Field Marketing, you will play an active role in planning and executing marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on event coordination and field marketing activities. You will contribute to the success of our marketing programs by bringing creativity, strong project management skills, and analytical thinking to support both digital and in-person marketing efforts. This role offers an opportunity to deepen your marketing knowledge and make tangible contributions to the team’s objectives, especially in driving engagement through impactful events. **Responsibilities:** • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, field events, and conferences. • Assist in developing event strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness objectives. • Collaborate with sales teams to align field marketing activities with business goals. • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to manage event logistics and execution. • Support the creation of marketing materials and event collateral such as flyers, presentations, and booth displays. • Conduct market research to identify event opportunities and inform event strategies. • Analyze event performance metrics to assess ROI and recommend improvements. • Manage marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track event leads and follow-ups. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for integrated marketing campaigns. **Skills:** • **Event Planning & Management:** Strong organizational skills to plan and execute events from start to finish. • **Project Coordination:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. • **Content Creation:** Proficiency in creating engaging marketing content and event materials. • **Vendor & Partner Coordination:** Experience in liaising with external vendors and partners for event logistics. • **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to analyze event data and marketing metrics to assess effectiveness. • **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external interactions. • **CRM & Marketing Tools:** Familiarity with CRM systems, event management platforms, and digital marketing tools. • **Time Management:** Capability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. **Compensation:** Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA:: $76,350 - $105,700 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Wolters Kluwer U.
