Marketing Specialist
Description Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of various marketing materials and campaigns. Must be well-versed in content creation, design, and project coordination. You will help streamline processes and provide support in maintaining marketing materials, including PowerPoint and InDesign updates, RFP submissions, and other tasks to ensure a smooth flow of marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: + PowerPoint & InDesign Updates: Update quarterly reports, presentations, and marketing materials. Familiarity with building graphs in PowerPoint and updating product information is essential. + RFP Coordination: Assist with the preparation and coordination of RFP and RFI submissions by gathering documentation, drafting responses, and ensuring materials are aligned with existing content. + Email Marketing: Assist in the execution of email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and, potentially, a future platform that integrates with Salesforce. + Content Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain client servicing presentations, business development marketing materials, fact sheets, and other promotional content. + Brand Support: Ensure consistency in branding and formatting across all marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, and website content. + Project Management: Manage and track the preparation of materials for various projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the review process. Requirements + Experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment. + Proficiency with PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel. + Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp. + Basic graphic design skills for preparing and updating reports and templates. + Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills with the ability to spot errors and ensure materials are polished before distribution. + Project Coordination: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within established procedures while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
