Marketing Specialist

Summary

Applicant-to-Candidate conversion to create flow of candidates to be further processed for current/upcoming vacancies and pipeline. Provides Talent Acquisition support producing design and overall layout for hiring recruitment advertisements and recruiting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Attraction Strategies:

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company. This includes creating targeted campaigns on social media and digital platforms to engage potential applicants.

Content Creation:

Create and curate engaging, high-quality organic content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. Ensure content aligns with the company’s branding and objectives while appealing to our target audience.

Live Event Coverage:

Attend and cover live events, such as company activities, recruitment fairs, or brand activations. Capture engaging moments, take photos, create short videos, and generate content in real-time to share across digital channels.

Social Media Management:

Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engage with followers, and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Use social media analytics to assess performance and optimize content strategy.

Campaign Optimization:

Work with the marketing team to analyze the performance of campaigns on social media platforms and digital channels. Use insights to adjust strategies for maximum reach and engagement.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals. Support colleagues across departments with digital content and marketing needs.

 

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

Social Media Expertise:

Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms. Experience with live streaming, real-time content creation, and engagement best practices.

Content Creation & Editing Skills:

Strong ability to produce high-quality written, visual, and video content. Experience with editing (capcut, edits, canvas)

Excellent Communication Skills:

Fluent in English (advanced level). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and interact with social media followers in a professional manner.

Attention to Detail & Time Management:

Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and produce content in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability:

Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Comfortable adjusting strategies and content in response to shifting priorities and trends.

Team-Oriented Attitude:

Strong team player with a positive attitude. Ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to a cooperative and supportive team culture.

Availability:

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed for live events, content creation, and timely responses.

Availability to work in our location in Juan Diaz, Panama.
