BitGo is looking for a Marketing Specialist for a 12-month Contract.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute event strategies, plans, and objectives aligned with marketing campaigns. Coordinate and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches. Identify and secure venues, vendors, and partners, ensuring all elements align with the event's objectives. Create and implement event marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital platforms. Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and content for event announcements. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining quality. Serve as the primary point of contact during events, handling on-site operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience. Oversee event staff and coordinate schedules, responsibilities, and timelines. Gather attendee feedback and analyze event success. Compile detailed post-event reports with recommendations for future initiatives.

Required:

2-5 years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or related roles. Proven track record of organizing successful events and marketing campaigns. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast - pace environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is a must
