Walter P Moore is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about data management systems (CRM, DAM) and information management. You will work as part of a creative team with the goal of organizing and delivering project data to optimize and maximize marketing efforts. Your core activities will be to maintain our internal databases for content, data, and images and you will serve as the primary data analyst and administrator. Key to succeeding in this position is a team-player attitude (and aptitude), as you will be working with a diverse group of individuals with specialized skill sets.
Manage and maintain current and accurate data within CRM database including:Assure data is current for project pages and professional resumesWork with leadership and project managers to collect relevant marketing data for in-progress and completed projectsMaintain proposal files and marketing related data in digital archivesImprove data quality/functionality via creating custom fields, objects, email alerts, etc.Maintain and organize all project photography in digital asset databaseConducting pursuit close-out activities (CRM system updates, file clean-up, document uploads, etc.)Create and update project sheets files in InDesignCreate and update resume files in InDesignProvide user training as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred (Marketing/Advertising/Communications)5 years of Experience in a similar positionBi-lingual (English & Spanish) requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint and Word)Exceptional organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to manage time, work independently and complete tasks under time pressure when necessaryEmail marketing experienceBasics Adobe Creative Suite® knowledge a plusExperience with CRM a plus OverviewWalter P Moore is an international company of engineers, architects, innovators, and creative people who solve some of the world’s most complex structural and infrastructure challenges.
