This is a hybrid role to our Dayton, Ohio office, which requires working out of our office every Wednesday and Thursday.

About the Role

The Marketing Content Specialist plays a crucial role in executing marketing strategies focused on acquiring new customers, retaining current customers, and driving business growth, through strategic event planning and other marketing activities.

 

Responsibilities:

- Implementing comprehensive acquisition and retention campaigns to attract and engage customers.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.

- Executing lead generation strategies, including targeted advertising, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and promotional content.

- Analyzing market data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for targeted acquisition campaigns.

- Utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline and optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes.

- Monitoring and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights to continuously improve acquisition marketing efforts.

- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in acquisition marketing and lead generation techniques.

- Contributing to the overall marketing initiatives to drive new business growth and expand the customer base.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in acquisition marketing, lead generation, or new business development roles.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.

- Creativity and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
