Red Hat's Marketing team is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist to join us in Latin America region to lead the regional strategy and orchestrate the development and implementation of major in-person and digital events in Latin America.
As an Marketing Events strategist, he/she will be responsible for the creation of quality experiences to engage with customers, partners and internal audiences to create brand affinity, awareness and demand of Red Hat solutions, supporting regional business goals for net new logos acquisition and account expansion. He/she will orchestrate the execution of multiple projects working together with regional and global teams, supporting regional stakeholders.
Working within the Regional Demand Center team, this role will require working closely with Field Marketing and Partner Ecosystems Marketing teams to align to business common goals, designing an integrated strategy to engage with different audiences, recommending different tactics and formats according to the pursued objectives, generating curated content, coordinating regional and global speakers participation as well as designing and end-to-end digital experience to amplify the regional coverage. He/she will orchestrate the execution of the major events, working closely with Comms, Integrated Marketing Campaigns and Customer Marketing teams.
This role requires as well understanding the different platforms used to support virtual events and the creation of the event kits to support regional execution, including: landing pages, customer emails, webinars set-up and coordination of speakers in Spanish and Portuguese. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, following the highest standards, and will be comfortable managing multiple projects to achieve Marketing goals in the region.
What you will do:
Plan and execute major regional in-person + virtual events and customer engagement activities aligned to the business priorities for cross industries/segments and internal events: Summit, Summit Connect, Open Talks, EBC on the Road, Red Hat One.
Be a consultant for the regional Marketing team to make recommendations on the best formats for in-person events and on digital tools for virtual events.
Define the audience acquisition strategy and work closely with the Comms team to create an integrated 360º plan.
Create and develop different high quality experiences to interact with the customers and partners in different stages of the customer’s journey.
Work closely with regional Marketing teams to support key sub-regional events (in-person and virtual) as well as with the Enterprise Marketing team to support executive engagement initiatives execution (Executive Exchange, C-Level roundtables, EBC on the Road)
Coordinate the creation and localization of content deliverables for events, including; emails, landing pages and newsletters among others.
Measure events results according to KPIs and deliver reports for different stakeholders
What you will do:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Previous experience executing in-person or digital events (+ 7 years)
Excellent project management and planning skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Proven knowledge of marketing tools
Extremely well organized and detail oriented
Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Ability to travel to cover international events
Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
