Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Specialist III. Responsibilities: * In this role, the Marketing Specialist will plan and execute digital acquisition and retention activities (for mobile app and website) across customer success digital platforms * Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals * Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points * Plan and create test plans to optimize campaign and creative performance against annual targets * Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way * The Marketing Specialist will partner with Product, Research, Design, Marketing, Finance and Data teams in a highly matrixed organization to innovate and A/B test new customer experiences and influence the product/service roadmap * Actively analyze business and test data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results
