**CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Specialist (Pardot) opening for our client in New York, NY.** **Location:** New York, NY **Duration:** 6 months **Duties:** + Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Salesforce Pardot. + Design, build, and maintain email templates, dynamic content, landing pages, and forms in Pardot. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Pardot workflows and automations. + Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and marketing data. + Conduct regular analysis and reporting of marketing performance using Pardot and Google Analytics. + Support alignment between Pardot and Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate lead management and reporting. + Assist in troubleshooting issues related to marketing automation and CRM integration. + Stay updated with Pardot product enhancements and marketing automation best practices. **Skills:** + In-depth expertise with Salesforce Pardot, including automation rules, email creation, segmentation, and lead scoring. + Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and lifecycle campaigns. + Solid business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. + Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including Pardot and Google Analytics. + Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Pardot. + Strong attention to detail and project management skills. **Experience:** + Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing automation with a focus on Salesforce Pardot. + Demonstrated experience translating business needs into automated marketing solutions. + Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
