Job Description

The role involves supporting the implementation of global brand strategies and adapting them to the local market, including the development of marketing plans and programs. You will also assist in executing digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the creation of web designs and promotional campaigns. Additionally, the position includes supporting the definition and execution of communication strategies, focusing on content creation, topic selection, and performance tracking through tools like AdWords and SEO metrics. Conducting market research is also a key responsibility, analyzing market size, segment participation, short and medium-term opportunities, and consumer profiles. The role requires collaboration with Business Unit (BU) managers to develop and launch promotions aimed at stimulating both end consumers and distributors. Furthermore, you will support the development and execution of Point-of-Sale (POS) activations to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
