Danfoss Drives is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist to join our newly established TMA-EER Regional MarCom Hub, based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (30 km from Warsaw). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, international team that is being built to support Danfoss growth across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa — and to play a key role in promoting our innovative solutions in these important markets.
As a MarCom Specialist, you will work closely with business stakeholders and global/regional colleagues to deliver impactful marketing activities. One of your top priorities will be to support our partner network in building local visibility for the Danfoss brand and solutions.
We are particularly looking for candidates with native-level Turkish language skills, to ensure strong communication with our partners and customers in the TMA region.

Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Executing and activating regional MarCom plans in collaboration with regional and global teams. Planning and supporting partner events, conferences, and exhibitions. Creating and localizing content for digital channels. Supporting our network of partners in developing and executing their own MarCom activities centered around the Danfoss brand. Coordinating across internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Tracking and reporting on the performance of MarCom activities. Background & SkillsWhat we’re looking for:
Native-level proficiency in Turkish (spoken and written). Strong command of English (written and spoken). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Attention to detail and high-quality standards. Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tactics. Open-minded, proactive, and creative approach to communication.
