Marketing Specialist

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Marketing Specialist with at least 4 years of experience in the AEC industry to join an established architecture firm in Los Angeles. This is a permanent role on a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate is engaged, positive, highly organized, detail oriented, graphically and visually skilled, adaptable, and a great communicator.

Job responsibilities

Create proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations Design booklets, boards, business cards, and other marketing collateral using renderings and graphics produced by others Assist in preparation and writing of firm awards submissions, news page content, social media posts, and other communication Update and maintain consistency of the studio brand templates across letterhead, business cards, social media, and other marketing collateral templates

Requirements

BA/BS degree, or equivalent At least 4 years’ professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field  Advanced expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva, MS Office Suite, and CRM database management Proficiency in graphic design and layout, with a strong visual aesthetic Excellent creative & technical writing skills plus editing/proofreading capabilities Organized and self-motivated, with strong proposal process experience and a passion for results

Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 commensurate with experience
