Overview

As the Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data, creating an effective lead attribution strategy to optimize our marketing efforts, driving strategy, improving customer acquisition and retention, and enhancing overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate is driven to continually optimize and streamline processes and improve objectives, and will have experience with multi-site/multi-location healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

 

Create measurement plans, manage appropriate tags and tracking codes, guide marketing tech integrations and ensure they are properly implemented across various campaigns and projectsCreate partner analytical and measurement reports and report analytical analysis back to the department Director and Sr. Leadership teamMeasuring the performance & impact of Marketing's campaigns, programs and channelsThrough data & insights, partner with internal and external marketing to establish performance benchmarks, campaign targets and recommendationsManage and support marketing dashboards that drive brand strategy and decisionsWork with the IT and Business Intelligence teams on system integrations/APIs as neededLeverage data to create KPIs that demonstrate how marketing activities affect stated objective, ROI, patient acquisition and engagement, and satisfaction and patient experienceIdentify new technology products and gaps as an effective means of isolating and closing gaps when implementing tech stacks, platforms, integrations and analyticsDetermine and apply best practices for technology, analytics and measurementManage and handle all patient and proprietary information in a manner that adheres to AVP guidelines, including adherence to HIPPA laws and confirm continued handling of sensitive data Qualifications REQUIRED:  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related business field3+ years of experience working as a professional in analytics and optimization 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy and lead generationREQUIRED:  Skillful understanding of multi-touch marketing attributionREQUIRED:  Working knowledge of common web analytics and measurement tools, including Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data StudioPower BI Reporting specialistREQUIRED:  Must be an Excel GuruExcellent oral, written and presentation skillsAbility to perform multiple assignments concurrentlyDemonstrated ability to use data to tell a story using strong visualization and dashboard experienceOutstanding strategic thinking and analytical skillsAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively within the AVP cross functional team environmentAbility to be discreet in the preparation and handling of proprietary and sensitive informationTechnical Proficiencies in marketing analytics and integrationExcellent time management, interpersonal, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work under pressure with quick turnarounds while managing multiple projects or tasksExperience with multi-location business (HIGHLY PREFERRED)Project Management skills Benefits & Perks
