BE-KIND was born out of its founder’s desire to create a snack that was healthy and tasty, wholesome and convenient. What began as a line of premium Fruit & Nut bars sparked the creation of an entirely new healthier snacking category. What are we looking for?

· Bachelor‘s or Master's student who is graduating in 2027 or after

· Ambitious & independent worker - with the confidence and conviction to execute your ideas for how to make BE-KIND the most relevant snack bar in the Nordics

· Flexible, service minded, happy to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to try new things and learn

· Enrolled in a business, marketing or similar education, having passed the second year of your bachelors studies with at least two years of education remaining.

· Fluent in English with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills (Powerpoint and Excel)

· To work 15-20 hours per week

Nice to have:

· Familiarity and interest in social media content creation

What will be your key responsibilities?

· Social media & brand partnerships

· Supporting team to deliver field marketing and sampling programme

· Supporting team in development of instore materials, trade decks and various other tasks

· Supporting budget management and vendor engagement
