Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Supervisor II to lead and manage our Social Media and Community Moderation efforts, while also overseeing the Content and PR team. This role is critical in ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and operational excellence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team leader, and problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing and community building. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Community Moderation + Supervise daily operations of social media channels across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.) + Oversee community moderation efforts to ensure timely responses, brand-safe interactions, and escalation of issues when needed + Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance and audience sentiment + Collaborate with the Content team to align messaging and campaigns with community feedback Content & PR Team Oversight + Lead and mentor the Content and PR team to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials + Ensure timely execution of content calendars, press releases, and campaign deliverables + Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for PR initiatives and media outreach + Review and approve content for accuracy, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines Operational Leadership + Develop and implement workflows, SOPs, and KPIs for team efficiency and quality assurance + Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and performance evaluations + Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members + Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field + Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or PR + At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role + Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and community engagement strategies + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams + Experience with tools such as Jira, Sprinklr, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CMS platforms is a plus + Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Preferred Skills: + Experience in crisis communication or brand reputation management + Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies + Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
