Job Description:

Job Summary

The Marketing Supervisor leads the development, implementation, go to market and profitable growth of new products and services, product enhancements, customer experience efforts and strategic and tactical marketing plans and initiatives that promote sustainable growth.

He/She aligns marketing priorities and initiatives with the Country Management and Sales teams, while also creates and aligns business and customer strategy and profitability scenarios with Pricing, Solutions, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Operations. Therefore, this position works with all areas and business units to drive business growth.

Under ONE UPS, this supervisor will oversee projects that involve Small Package and Supply Chain Solutions and will support projects for the entire Latam (wo Mexico) District, while also working for cluster specific projects depending on business priorities.

Responsibilities:

Conducts relevant external market research, as well as competitive intelligence analysis and trend reports to provide data driven conclusions and actionable recommendationsAnalyzes internal sales metrics, churn and other UPS business indicators that supports timely decision making.Supports strategic planning and execution process which includes marketing initiatives definition, tactical plan, performance goals and KPI’sFollows up initiatives and business plan performance effectivenessSupports go-to-market efforts for implementation of new products, services, tools and enhancementsCoordinates branding and promotion initiatives alongside Public Relations, Public Affairs and Communications teamsDesigns and assists Sales on Customer Strategy to win and retain profitable volume, making use of existing and innovative resources alongside various areas and business units

This includes speaking and engaging with key audiences.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and concise written and verbal communication skillsOrganization skills, punctuality and abiding to deadlines are non-negotiablesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Sharepoint and other online toolsPresentation skills – both orally and preparing visually compelling presentations.Experience working within or directly with Sales, and exports industry segments knowledge -preferred
