Job Description

Primary Location:

Worland, Wyoming

Marketing Support Specialist:

Directs the time and efforts of the corporate On-Premise managers and Marketing team as well as provides support of customer activities.

Performs data entry and database maintenance on marketing and budget software applications.

Processes and reconciles purchase orders.

Performs accounting and bookkeeping duties.

Produces standard reports as scheduled and as requested by management.

Completes Supplier reviews for all Non-Carb Suppliers, to include monthly reporting.

Performs general administrative duties that include incoming and outgoing mail disposition, word processing, PowerPoint presentations, Excel, copying and faxing.

Interacts courteously in person and on the phone with representatives from parent companies, industry representatives and vendors.

Places orders and tracks disposition of orders placed for marketing program materials, On Premise materials, Equipment, advertising, and other support resources.

Responsible for tracking of incentive programs, sampling events, new items, and specific brand quarterly tracking.

Performs maintenance on in-house marketing library.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply concepts such as fractions and percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Ten key data entry.

Position will be located in either the Worland, WY or Salt Lake City, UT area.
