Marketing Support Associate
About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 08 As a Marketing Support Associate within the Predictive Marketing team, your problem-solving skills will be celebrated and your contributions will make a meaningful impact. In this hybrid position, you will play a crucial role in both administrative support and proofreading/QA. You will serve as the primary contact for marketing-related inquiries, including managing the team’s helpdesk inbox and monitoring the team’s dedicated Support Slack channel. You will also ensure quality standards are met in both creative content and data sets. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across departments, directly influencing the success of our campaigns and the satisfaction of our stakeholders. It is ideally suited for those who enjoy helping others and derive a sense of accomplishment from overcoming challenges amid strict deadlines. This position also offers the possibility to grow into more editorial or content-focused roles as you develop and demonstrate your skills. A Successful Marketing Support Associate will: Efficiently manage the Predictive Marketing ticket queue, resolving inquiries with urgency and professionalism. Monitor and respond to the Marketing Support Slack channel, providing guidance and follow-up as needed. Assign specific inquiries to team members, providing necessary context and support. Maintain and update marketing content in the company knowledge base, including FAQs and training materials. Create and review campaign mock-ups for various stakeholders, ensuring detail and consistency. Coordinate with the offshore email-monitoring team to address dealership and sales team queries. Maintain and communicate marketing schedules and timelines. Additional Responsibilities: Monthly review of dealership-specific copy for brand compliance and accuracy. Proofread direct-mail and email campaigns, ensuring corrections are implemented. Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Designers, and Developers on documenting and implementing template updates. Support Marketing Managers and Editorial team with campaign editing and content maintenance. Proofread legal disclaimers for accuracy. Minimum Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Professionalism under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Flexibility to work varied hours (very rare evenings and weekends). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex variable data and legal text proofreading. Knowledge of style guides such as Merriam-Webster’s, Chicago Manual of Style, or AP Style. Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Confluence, Air table, and Salesforce, is advantageous. Interest in automotive industry. Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $48,508 to $70,00. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
