What we are we looking for: Responsible for accurately recording guest tour presentation reservations in the system for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Teams. First point of contact for the Marketing Team Members. Assist Marketing Management in supervising and advising tour flow and is the central hub of communication with all of the Marketing Departments, including but not limited to: Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.
