The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities related to conferences and client events, as well as other coordination efforts that support the Marketing Leadership Team. This role directly supports the Corporate Marketing Administrator and assists the Sales and Marketing Leadership teams as needed to ensure successful event management, from initial planning to post-event analysis. Responsibilities Provide support for the Managing Director of Marketing and the Marketing Leadership teamLead national conference event management, including travel, negotiating hotel block contracts, venue site tours, venue selection and large and small-scale client event organizationCoordinate and track organization engagement, sponsorships and corporate membershipsSupport the Communications team with implementing marketing campaigns to promote conferences, including email marketing, social media, and other digital channelsManage client invitations, track attendance, and ensure a positive experience for all attending a Carollo conference eventConduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvementWork closely with Regional Sales teams, Business Development Managers, and Geographic Leads to support their organizational engagement, conference and event-related needsUpdate and maintain the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and marketing activitiesManage the organization’s conference and event materials, including banners, company information and other promotional materials including the company storeOther duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma7+ years minimum of administrative experience, with a marketing focusAbility to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, make decisions, and meet deadlinesStrong creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven experience in managing events, including logistics and vendor negotiationsAbility to work independently as well as on a teamAbility to travel approximately 20-30 days a yearKnowledge of Customer Relationship Management SystemsKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, business, marketing, english, communications, or a related field10+ years of experience in creative marketing, administrative and/or event managementDemonstrated versatility and experience in the areas of print media, digital communications, and multimedia technologies Pay Range

$30.00 to $48.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
