DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Marketing Systems Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing Information Systems Coordinator will be a part of a team that maintains Michael Baker’s marketing database, which provides Michael Baker with data that supports proposals. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, self-starter with initiative to bring fresh perspective to the team regarding database enhancements and best practices.

Duties:
•    Ability to excel and exhibit confidence in a team environment- actively engage in and add value to discussions and decision-making regarding system design, customization, and process enhancement
•    Serve as a team member in all database enhancements, customization, and interfaces.
•    Strong communicator- keeps manager and team informed of the status of assignments, engages team to solicit feedback on database initiatives and enhancements as appropriate
•    Builds and maintains positive and efficient working relationships with internal stakeholders
•    Strong writing and editing skills, including text editing and formatting
•    Timely and professional responses to internal client database requests via a support email account
•    Serve as a power user for marketing database (including data queries, information merging, and reports) and provide database support for the proposal staff as needed.
•    Timely entry and QAQC of marketing information into the database 
•    Ability to articulate technical changes in database to end users, as needed
•    Participate in annual update and ongoing maintenance of SF330 Part II forms and corporate SF254.  
•    Work with other departments to define database uses and requirements to support appropriate business objectives.
•    Develop, document, and distribute standardized and/or customized reports and dashboards in support of proposal pursuits.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•    Four-year degree in marketing or similar field
•    0-3 years of related experience 
•    Strong computer skills to include CRM database experience, MS Office Suite

Preferred Skill Sets:
•    Deltek Vision experience
•    Experience using database tools
•    Must excel in a collaborative team environment
•    Knowledge of basic relational data structure, data extraction, and analysis.

COMPENSATION

The compensation range for this position is $57,574-$90,667 and will depend on the incoming candidate’s skills and experience.
