We seek a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team with experience/exposure to Gen AI services, optimize CRM workflows, and review consumer login and registration journeys. **What You'll Do For Us** : + Develop and review consumer login and registration journeys + Develop and review consumer profiles to support progressive profile capability for KO CDP **Key Responsibilities** . + **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)** + Assist in managing CRM platforms to improve customer engagement and retention. + Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for enhancement. + Support the team in automating workflows and maintaining data integrity. + **Consumer Journey Review** + Conduct audits of consumer login and registration journeys to identify pain points and recommend improvements. + Ensure user journeys are intuitive, secure, and aligned with best practices. + Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement feedback and monitor impact. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRM journeys align with business requirements. + Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings. + **Reporting and Documentation** + Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes. + Maintain documentation on CRM workflows, and consumer journey updates. **Qualifications** + Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. + Currently pursuing a degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025 + Experience/Exposure with AI content generation tools + Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). + Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. **What We Offer** + Hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI and CRM tools. + Opportunity to impact consumer engagement strategies. + Mentorship from experienced professionals in technology and marketing. + Networking opportunities within a dynamic team. **Monthly Salary** Undergraduate: $4,506 Graduate: $6,066 **Skills:** organization We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
