 We seek a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team with experience/exposure to Gen AI services, optimize CRM workflows, and review consumer login and registration journeys.  

What You’ll Do For Us:

Develop and review consumer login and registration journeysDevelop and review consumer profiles to support progressive profile capability for KO CDP

 Key Responsibilities.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Assist in managing CRM platforms to improve customer engagement and retention.Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for enhancement.Support the team in automating workflows and maintaining data integrity.Consumer Journey ReviewConduct audits of consumer login and registration journeys to identify pain points and recommend improvements.Ensure user journeys are intuitive, secure, and aligned with best practices.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement feedback and monitor impact.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRM journeys align with business requirements.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.Reporting and DocumentationCreate detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.Maintain documentation on CRM workflows, and consumer journey updates.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.Currently pursuing a degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.Experience/Exposure with AI content generation tools  Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
