WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
 

1. Develop and Implement Technology Strategies: Design and execute technology-driven strategies to enhance marketing and go-to-market initiatives.

2. Technical Project Management: Lead technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

3. Enable Coding and Software Development: Utilize programming skills to work with development teams to implement, test, technical solutions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, Data and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and drive growth.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of technology initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Technology Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.

7. Change Management: Support the adoption of new technologies within the organization.  

8. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in marketing and go-to-market strategies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

9. Budget Management: Assist in the planning and management of budgets for technology projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

10. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications
 

1. Professional Experience:

3-5 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or a related field

Demonstrated experience in coding and software development, especially in building or optimizing marketing technology (MarTech) stacks.

Proven track record in managing technology-driven projects and delivering successful outcomes.

Hands-on experience in go-to-market (GTM) planning, marketing, or sales operations is preferred however not essential.
 

2. Industry Experience:

Experience in sectors like technology, marketing, SaaS, or digital services, project management

Familiarity with marketing frameworks would be prefered however is not essential.
 

3. Project Management:

Practical experience in managing end-to-end technical projects using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time, in full.
 

4. Cross-Functional Work:

Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and vendor teams.

Proven ability to navigate organizational structures and manage stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Advanced degrees (Master’s in IT, or equivalent) are a plus.

2. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or SQL.

Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

3. Certifications:

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.

Certifications in digital marketing or technology (e.g.,AWS, CPG, Azure,

Certified Solutions Architect) would be highly valued

Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement tech-driven solutions to improve workflows.
 

7. Stakeholder Management

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
