**Job Summary:**
Lead social media analytics at Caterpillar through representing and deploying a set of world class social media solutions with our enterprise, industry and dealer partners. Collaborate and drive reporting excellence and deployment of social listening capabilities, focusing on delivering actionable customer insights to business partners regarding implications on product, service or customer experience development. Build strong understanding of the marketing and business objectives of multiple business units, industry groups, and Dealers to facilitate how, when, and where channel performance and social listening capabilities can be best utilized to drive value.
**What You Will Do::**
+ Working with all business units’ agencies and/or individuals monthly to create analytics reports and derive actionable insights
+ Work with all business units to determine KPIs and benchmarks for social media
+ Provide counsel and best practices reporting to all business units regarding tracking, reporting and social listening
+ Provide spot analysis/triage for reporting needs and social listening needs (crisis/opportunities) for the enterprise and BUs
+ Provide social listening configuration, reporting and insights for all business units
+ Upskilling analytics and social listening personnel within BUs
+ Work with social/paid strategists to leverage data to optimize content and performance
+ Work with business units to integrate reporting from other marketing activities (emails, web, newsletters) and disparate information sources.
**Social Media Analytics:**
+ Development and implementation of analytics for social media success at Caterpillar and the insights that help define customer behaviors today
+ Defining ways to improve the future of social media analytics in the future for increased customer experience/ satisfaction, brand value, and marketing
+ Set standards for social reporting across the Enterprise
**Social Listening Leader (Brandwatch):**
+ Lead the development and delivery of social listening projects for Enterprise marketing teams.
+ Create platform and use case overviews, discovery discussions, platform data administration and maintenance, crisis monitoring, competitor analysis, being the liaison between social listening software analysts/project managers and Caterpillar marketing teams.
**Dealer Engagement & Outreach:**
+ Manage dealer access to social media management tool (Sprout Social) and social listening tool (Brandwatch)
+ Social Media Software Owner:
+ Manage the tenets of the contract and interactions for social media publishing (Sprout Social), social care (Sprout Social), and social listening (Brandwatch).

**Vendor/Supplier Management:** Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
**Digital Marketing:** Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.
Level Working Knowledge:

+ 5-7 years of experience in data analytics and insights, preferably focused on social media
+ Platform proficiency: Sprout, Brandwatch, Tableau, Power BI

**Summary Pay Range:**
$106,194.25 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
