JOB SUMMARYYou will work closely with our experienced team to coordinate and manage projects related to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our digital experiences across a suite of SaaS/PaaS tools and platforms. You'll also play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives across the enterprise, being responsible for seamless execution as well as tracking performance through analytics and reporting tools. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Support the adoption and utilization of our digital platforms by providing training and guidance to content creators and editors. + Stay up-to-date on the latest digital experience, AI, and marketing trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. + Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and design, to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations. + Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk assessments. + Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. + Support marketing campaign execution by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across various digital platforms. + Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES + Strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence and digital marketing, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms. + Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams. + Self-starter with a strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow. + Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms or other SaaS platforms is a plus. + Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus. + Energetic, enthusiastic and organized.
