The Marketing Traffic Coordinator is responsible for leading the successful implementation of assigned marketing projects as well as overall support of the Marketing Operations Project Management team.
As a project lead, the traffic coordinator will create and manage timelines for day-to-day projects, coordinate creative briefings and reviews, and obtain approvals throughout the organization. The coordinator will also provide support to Project Managers for more complex projects, assisting with trafficking, maintaining schedule & resource updates, and opening jobs within the project management tool.
The traffic coordinator plays a role in managing thousands of outputs annually including video, emails, social media, digital media, billboards, direct mail and content production.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and assign projects in project management tool (Workfront)and ensure all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate Manage day-to-day schedules, daily and weekly timelines and creative review calendars Manage the tracking and routing of projects from kick-off through final delivery of assets Responsible for creating agendas including all reference links for creative briefings, strategy reviews, creative reviews and marketing channel reviews Responsible for communicating project timing and next steps to stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence Support project manager(s) on assigned projects, with any of the tasks outlined above Coordinates with the studio and production team to ensure timely flow of creative images/assets Collaborate with creative team, external partners, vendors and studio throughout the content creation cycle as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of creative program management Previous experience with project management software required, Workfront preferred Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe CC experience a strong plus Agency or in-house creative team experience preferred
