What You'll Do

You will play a crucial role within the Boston Consulting Group's EMC Marketing department, with a strong focus on CRM management, including data maintenance, cleansing, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client information. Additionally, you will oversee event campaign updates, leveraging marketing automation tools such as Marketo, to manage customer invitations and engagement. Your contributions will support the broader efforts to strengthen BCG's positioning within the Italian business community. You will also support the Marketing Team in organizing and managing BCG events, handling necessary networking and institutional activities, and providing on-site assistance during the preparation and execution phases of events.

 

YOU ARE GOOD AT:

You will support all activities, both related to CRM and client events:

Effectively managing client information in the company's CRM with a meticulous approach, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every detail;Providing support on different CRM projects and data analysis;Coordinating with relevant stakeholders (HR, Employer Branding, Clients, External Parties), providing support to all the logistic aspects of events;Coordinating and supervising internal staff and suppliers involved in the event organization

The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.



What You'll Bring

Good knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Marketo or equivalent as well as digital marketing tools for managing invitations and personalized communication;Good knowledge and/or prior relevant experience of main duties, scheduling and structural activities related to events organization;Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;Very good relationship management skills, and ability to interact with different levels of internal and external stakeholders; Professional, proactive and organized personality, with a strong attitude to deadlines;Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task;Ability to work in team and independently with little supervision and to prioritize workload;Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately;At least intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

The Marketing team is dedicated to reinforcing BCG's image as a premium strategic and general management consulting firm.

Core Marketing activities include:
Client relationship management: enhancing our relationships with leaders in the business community and their knowledge of BCG's capabilities. Primarily executed through use of content development and mailings to support each Practice Area (PA) and/or Partner’s networking and marketing plans; requires database management, event creation and execution, and mailingsGlobal BCG initiatives: Aligning BCG Local with Global Marketing initiatives and executing at a regional level e.g. Marketing TransformationDeveloping BCG's reputation within the region: Building awareness and differentiated view of BCG through PR/media relations, content and editorial development, marketing communications and external events/conferences support
