As an Investment Writer within the investments division of JPMorgan Chase’s International Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for working closely with the Investment Team to translate their insights and analysis into customer-centric thought leadership and educational investing content. Given this is our consumer business, we are looking for a writer that understands consumer needs, and who can make complex investing information simple. We're looking for people who are technically brilliant and want to continuously improve our content effectiveness, but who are also confident at stakeholder management and enjoy working collaboratively.

Summary of the role and expectations Write engaging, strategic investments content across every channel – including web, social, comms, display, OOH and search. This includes both organic and paid media Ideate and deliver end-to-end campaigns, with a focus on creating best-in-class customer experiences Partner with stakeholders, thought leaders and subject matter experts across the business to build trust, challenge intelligently and find smart solutions to tricky problems Develop strong product and industry knowledge, and use this to deliver content for a wide range of investors Build a robust understanding of the investments risk and controls landscape, and use it as the foundation for every piece of content Evangelise for readability, usability and inclusivity – keeping every customer in mind, every time Think critically and get curious to make sure we’re doing things the right way, and for the right reasons Work harmoniously with fellow copywriters, and contribute to the Content team’s value and reputation Help colleagues become better writers by sharing best practiceRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing or similar Some years of writing experience in a marketing or creative role Used to working within brand guidelines Experience managing and collaborating with stakeholders Experience working in a regulated environment Excellent communication skills, both written and oral An interest in and/or basic personal experience in investing#ICBCareers
