This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering an internal secondment, and you will be based 4 days a week in our Hammersmith office, with the option of working from home on Fridays.
Your Mission
As our Marketplace Regional Merchandise Assistant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting the trading and distribution of our Regional Marketplaces. From managing stock controls and allocations to analysing performance and optimising listings, you’ll help ensure our products are discoverable, available, and magical—wherever our guests shop.
What You’ll Do
Support the Regional Marketplace Associate in trading and optimising each marketplaceOwn allocations and stock gap reporting using forecasting toolsCollaborate with Planning, Trading, and Distribution teams to manage stock availabilityLiaise with Disney Distribution Centres and partners to ensure timely deliveryUpload and manage product listings, compliance data, and promotional strategiesMonitor Amazon costs and suggest ways to manage aged stockRun reports, analyse performance, and share insights with wider teamsKeep our tools, trackers, and portals in excellent shapeBe a key voice in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvementWhat You Bring
