**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** As a member of the Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Nike Direct team, you will report to the MSC Nike Direct Director. You will collaborate with various Nike internal business functions; including Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Demand Supply Management (DSM), Finance, Logistics and Nike Technology. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a Process Analyst to oversee day to day general operations and monitors, leverages and improves Performance KPI’s to maximize Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) services & drive business decisions. + A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experienceinPerformance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), Finance or related experience preferred. + A Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations or a related field is strongly preferred. + Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Korean and English. + Proficiency in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with Data. + Knowledge and a proactive mindset in Digitalretail marketplace. + Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities. + Advanced knowledge inExcel is highly essential;experience with SAP is preferred. **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You will drive insights into actions in partnership with cross functional teams by monitoring and understanding business operations. As a member of the MSC Nike Direct team, you need to support MSC Nike Direct team as well to respond effectively on consumer and cross functional team’s business requirements.
