Marketplace Supply Chain Reverse Logistics Analyst
**MSC RSO Analyst** Mexico City **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** The RSO Analyst is responsible for managing the return and claim process and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the return of the product to our distribution center. This role coordinates the application of credit notes for commercial returns, rejects, defects and missing product to ensure the returns forecast while driving mutual growth and profitability, maximizing services, and optimizing inventory product. The RSO Analyst is accountable of provide relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure the return forecast and implementing process improvement solution. + Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain, Operation planning and/or operations. + Strong data analysis and communication skills + Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a diverse group + Ensuring accountability + Cultivating innovation + Business English + Strong Excel skills. + SAP/ERP experience and proficiency would be a plus **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** + Partner with MSC process lead and Nike squads to build the seasonal forecast and landing on monthly/seasonal goals. + Ensure quality, timely and relevant information to monitor and improve performance KPIs to maximize service & drive business decisions. + Perform credit notes in the EPR system. + Oversee Reverse Logistics process. + Account reconciliation. + Identify and provide initiatives that drive continuous process improvement through the integrated Supply Chain. + Provide directions to the Distribution Center to hit targets caring services and costs. + Participant in meetings with Nike Squads and Customers, to inform operations KPIs. **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** You will report to the MSC Operations manager, while cross functionally working with our Nike Marketplace Partners and Nike Direct; such as MPU Lead, Planning, Merchandising, Consumer Finance, Logistics and MSC process lead.
