We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer for US Macro Markets & Sales. Responsibilities will include drafting, discussing and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, clearing documentation and collateral documentation) and will assist the front office on structuring foreign exchange and derivatives transactions and on regulatory requirements relating to derivatives. You will join a successful, well established team of professionals, and will be provided with extensive training upon joining followed by continued on the job support when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
-Drafting, discussing and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, clearing documentation and collateral documentation)
-The lawyer will assist the front office on structuring foreign exchange and derivatives transactions and on regulatory requirements relating to derivatives.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
-Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience
-Prior experience with derivatives preferred
-Law degree. Attorney candidates must be in compliance with all relevant licensing requirements including the requirements of the jurisdiction where the role will be located prior to commencement of employment
-All candidates for roles in the Legal department must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment
-Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail and a good team player.

-Ability to manage projects and work independently
