**Team/Role Overview**
The Funding and Liquidity desk is tasked with reviewing and improving the funding and liquidity arrangements across all the product lines in Markets. This desk is a clearing center for many funding items that are not allocated out to specific business lines, so this team works with stakeholders across Markets and Corporate Treasury to design and implement transparent processes to allocate any marginal costs/benefits to the appropriate business segments and incentivize optimum business practices. The position will report to a London based manager and work closely with colleagues based in London and New York.
**What you will do**
+ Implement new and enhanced business processes to support implementation of a standard and transparent secured TP framework
+ Liaison with support functions building relationships with Risk & Controls, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operations, Finance and Technology to assist in delivering on business strategy
+ Seek out and ensure corrective actions are implemented for system and control related issues with a goal of driving a robust, efficient and scalable business model across all traded asset classes.
+ Participation in business-driven projects across functions, assisting in driving implementation and working closely with relevant stakeholders
+ Drive technology change, process and control framework enhancements
+ Co-ordinate and participate actively in all relevant business initiatives as required
+ Foster excellent relationships between the businesses and various support functions
**What we will need from you**
+ 5+ years relevant experience in a financial services company
+ Experience in financial markets, funding, liquidity and transfer pricing
+ Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
+ Exposure to securities such as bonds and derivatives such as foreign exchange, interest rate products and credit derivatives would be an advantage
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner
