What are we looking for?The role of an Energy Analytics Co-Op student is to focus on gathering and analyzing energy consumption data from various sources (i.e., production equipment). This includes cleaning and processing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Identify various methods to reduce energy usage without sacrificing performance or comfort.What are we looking for?

 

Analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve business problems using data driven approaches.Ability to effectively communicate technical information and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with big data architectures and data modeling to efficiently process large volumes of data.Experienced working with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.Versed in programming languages commonly used for data analysis (e.g. Python, R, SAS, MATLAB, Java, etc.).Knowledge of database systems like MS SQL / MySQL and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation as well as other tabular data model expressions like DAX/MDX.Familiar with Cloud Platforms, particularly Azure.Knowledge of SAP, TPM Applications and prior CpG experience would be an asset.
