The MLE Traineeship

The MLE programme is a three-year traineeship consisting of three 12-month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different facets of our organisation. Immerse yourself in areas such as Demand (Sales, Category Management, Marketing), Supply (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics), and Digital (Data & Analytics, Project Management, Functional Applications & Strategy). As an MLE trainee, you will have the opportunity to:Participate in three dynamic rotations, providing insight into different leadership paths.Lead teams and initiate projects, allowing you to continuously develop yourself.Be part of our global trainee community, forge lifelong connections and contribute to a global business network.
 We are looking for recent graduates with a master's degree in 2024 or 2025 who:Have a growth mindset, interpersonal skills and the ability to build confidence.A passion for a future career in leadership.A dedicated focus on learning and development, including outside your comfort zone.Innovative thinking and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to Mars.Be fluent in German and English.
