You will work closely with business leaders, learn on the job, and have opportunities to complete rotations in other Advisory teams such as Analytics, Claims, Captives, Sales, Digital & Innovation, and Financial Solutions Group.
Support & Development: You'll have access to mentorship, support, and comprehensive training to help you achieve your short-term and long-term career goals. We'll also assist you in pursuing your ACII qualification.
We will count on you to:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business models, industry challenges, and risk management needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.
Assist clients in developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with their overall business objectives.
Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and management based on best practices and industry standards.
Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders on risk assessments, findings, and recommendations
Work closely with other consulting teams to provide integrated risk management solutions.
Collaborate with internal experts to leverage specialized knowledge in various risk domains.
Provide clients with insights and thought leadership on strategic risk management topics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to client expectations.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals.
What you need to have:
Hold, or on track to achieve, a 2:1 or higher in your degree with availability to start in September 2025.
An aptitude for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for analytics.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
Eligibility to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
An interest in our consulting themes is essential; extensive experience or qualifications are not required.
