You’ll be gaining and insight into Global Finance which is focused on helping Marsh McLennan achieve its goal of consistent growth and excellent shareholder returns. We provide timely and accurate financial information to our internal and external stakeholders and help shape strategic decisions across our businesses. We promote growth through acquisitions and are responsible for effective capital management.

As a Sophomore Summit participant, there will be opportunities to learn about our Global Finance organization from a business and corporate standpoint. Over the course of 1 day in Manhattan, we will provide you with Global Finance Career paths, team building activities, networking and learning opportunities. This program is a unique opportunity to learn about a career in Global Finance. At the end of the Sophomore Summit, you will have the opportunity to interview for a Summer 2026 Internship.

What We Value:

Analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation designExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsIntellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skillsAbility to work in teams and be flexible to work under deadlines and changing client needsGood organizational skills and attention to detail

Who we are looking for:

Current Sophomores who are studying finance with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in Global Finance3.0 GPALegal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the futureAvailable on Thursday June 26th, 2025, to attend the in-person workshop at our NYC 1166 Headquarters

What’s Next

If your resume is selected, you will then be asked to have a live 60-minute Zoom Interview with a member of the Marsh McLennan Global Finance team, and a campus recruiter.
