We’re looking for an amazing MarTech Engineer to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle or Miami offices. You’ll be responsible for integrating, developing, enhancing, and maintaining marketing technology platforms. This role leads the design, prototype, and delivery of technology-driven solutions using technologies like PL/SQL, Snowflake, SDK, Python, Java Script and ETL tools. Is this you? **Responsibilities** + Implement, configure, and manage marketing technology platforms such as CDP. + Develop and maintain integration with Tag management, content management systems (CMS), analytics platforms, CDP, web personalization engine and other CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. + Analyze marketing data to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing efforts. + Work closely with CRM and data engineering teams to understand the data flows and to ensure accurate and timely data flow to marketing systems. + Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards. + Collaborates internally within team and across teams to identify and fix technical issues or drive design or implementation of new features. + Create design and technical documentations. **Requirements** + 4+ years of experience in Marketing and data engineering areas with a focus on CDP flatforms, ETL/ELT, BI, Analytics, and cloud technologies + Strong technical skills including proficiency in PL/SQL, Snowflake, Python, ETL tools, Java Script, Json and web tag management. + Excellent understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Excellent communication and collaboration skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
