MAS BTS Open Enrollment Open Enrollment Specialist I
As an Open Enrollment Specialist in our mid-sized accounts division, you will be responsible for supporting clients through their annual benefits enrollment process. You carry the weight of ADPsservicereputation andclient satisfaction in your hands. Every day, you will lead project management activities, including coordinating relevant ADP resources and ensuring that all necessary ADP-specific open enrollment tasks are accomplished on time. During non-peak times of the year, you can expect to be assigned 30 - 40 clients each month. Projects for each client typically span three months. During peak Open Enrollment season (effective 1/1), that number rises to 60 - 70 clients. To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud. Or, you have Military experience where skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success. You have above average verbal and written communications skills , analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferably, you have experience using MS Office applications and proven phone skills in a high volume environment. You are good with math and skilled at working with numbers. You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
