Multi-Domain Solutions at Leidos has an opening for a Ratchet Mission Applications, Mission Applications Service Center Domain Lead supporting mission applications operations in Aurora, CO. Primary Responsibilities:

Lead a mission critical software service center Domain for a global IT enterpriseEnsure the availability of mission processors by managing all aspects of comprehensive and proactive Tier 2 SW maintenanceSupport the Customer with engineering solutions and processes that enable agility, speed, and security - across the diverse types of opportunities and programs including Software Engineering and Cloud SolutionsMaintain, update, and execute rigorous engineering tools, processes, and resources – and drive innovation into these areasSupport growth through the development of innovative ideas and solutions to meet customer requirementsEnsure proper engineering discipline, rigor, reporting, and focus in our solutions and planning for current and new business opportunitiesDevelop highly innovative solutions to resolve complex problems involving limited and disparate information through the application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation, and integration of best practicesEnsure Domain performs all service center activities flawlessly and with customer focusCoordinate with other maintenance, operations and engineering contract leaders as requiredManage all aspects of service center Domain staffing and technical executionEnsure compliance with all customer and regulatory requirements

Basic Qualifications:

United States’ citizen with current TS/SCI with PolyBachelor’s Degree with 6 years of applicable experience or 10 additional years in lieu of degree6+ years’ experience in project management or related disciplinesProven leadership experience with constructive, collaborative approachProven experience with one or more of the following program management disciplines:     Program management     Financial management of complex government contracts     Contracts and/or subcontracts management     Enterprise management     Excellent verbal and written communication skills     Proven ability to work collaboratively and constructively with other leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or other project/program management certificationsInternational program experienceProposal development

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
