About the Role
The Mass Affluent Cross-Sell Officer is responsible for driving and spearheading segment-specific Cross-sell initiatives that can be tested and operationalized across products and channels. The role will help initiate communication campaigns, process or system improvements, leads management initiatives, and ensure sound and customer-centric journeys and communications plans that will help increase cross-sell and Product Penetration Ratio (PPR) from his/her assigned customer segment.
How you'll contribute
Translate the top-down strategies to actionable items such as campaign launch, project management or process improvements. Identify own strategies on how best to execute initiatives within a reasonable time frame while still ensuring accuracy and clearance from relevant stakeholders. Understand and analyze the needs and wants of the identified target segment and ensure all strategic initiatives are aligned to these. Suggest and drive Cross-sell process and leads enhancements that will significantly impact Cross-sell count.
