What you’ll be able to do: 

Create, build, and maintain parametric mass models to forecast mass properties of future components, vehicles, and systems.  Own and publish a 3D-based mass bill-of-materials for all vehicle configurations.  Run multi-body dynamics analysis and other parametric tools to calculate design loads for a variety of vehicle components (chassis, powertrain, thermal, etc.)  Collaborate with system and attribute owners to track mass properties and identify innovative mass saving solutions.  Investigate and assess feasibility of alternative manufacturing methods, geometries, or emerging technologies that can reduce vehicle masses and/or loads.
