Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Mass Tort/Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a Midsized Law Firm located in the Chicago Loop! This is a full time, permanent position, 40-hour work week, hybrid schedule, full benefits, and paying between $60,000-$65,000.

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

At minimum 2+ years of Mass Tort and/or Personal Injury litigation experienceMust know how to manage cases from inception through trialMust have experience with creating table of contents and table of authoritiesMust have extensive electronic filing experience with the state and federal courtsReview and summarize medical records and prepare medical chronologiesExtensive experience with drafting, responding, and reviewing discovery requests, discovery responses, document productions, litigation holds, privilege logs, subpoena preparation and follow-up, and the ability to draft basic pleadings including motions to compel, mediation summaries, and initial pleadingsA 4-year degree and Paralegal Certificate is preferred; but not required

The firm emphasizes on work life balance, have WFH flexibility and Salaries are based on experience ($60,000-$65,000).
