Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. Perform all services to the clients comfort level.
Follow the laws of draping.
Adhere to spa schedule guidelines.
Keep each room set up to spa specifications as well as clean and stocked.
Promote clear communication, professionalism and consistency with all team members.
Communicate all client challenges to Spa Director.
Maintain license.
Learn and perform hydrotherapy treatments.
Keep current on wellness, body information and new trends.
Continue to educate yourself
Strive constantly to build a clientele.
Sell retail through educating clients.
Maintain client files.
Write thank you notes and continue with follow-up calls
Work Schedule: 64 hours bi-weekly
Qualifications /Training
Six months of related work experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED from an accredited school. Licensed Massage credentials.
