Healthy compensation ranging from $44 - $82 per hour (includes hourly base rate, bonuses, commissions & tips per service hour). Additional earning opportunities -  enhance the customer experience with additional services, and you will increase your compensation. As a Massage Therapist at Massage Envy in Escondido, you can build a regular clientele, add to your modality mastery, effectively identify each client's needs and recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help your clients feel their best.

To be a well-skilled massage therapist on our team, you'll need to:

Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school under your beltMeet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in the State of California with a certificate for massage therapyBe able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors
