To deliver professional, meticulous, relaxing and exemplary spa services to the guests and staff.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

Provide excellent guest service. Maintains Forbes 5 Star and Ace Service Standards Achieve weekly retail sales goals Conduct all massages and treatments as outlined in the Spa brochure or specials. Stays up to date and knowledgeable with current wellness trends, equipment, and products in the spa. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment in accordance with applicable state, local, OSHA and MSDS mandates. Complies with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness
