Responsibilities:

Provide fee for service massage therapyImplements a la carte servicesMaintains suite and other duties as assignedMust obtain BLS and AED training from an approved source with 90 days of hire.

Certification

Required - Massage Therapist License through the Florida Department of HealthRequired - BLS and AED training from an approved source within 90 days of hire
