THE JOB:

As a Massage Therapist at Park MGM, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: Commission Only

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectationsFollow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policiesEnsure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocolsPromote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Massage Therapy License.1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment.1+ Years of Prior Relevant guest service experience.Experience in retail.
