Hours: 40 per week

Salary Range: 33-35/Hour

What You’ll Do:
 Provide intensive, home and community-based family therapy to youth and families in crisis, utilizing a team-based model to stabilize the family unit and prevent hospitalization.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide individual and family psychotherapy.Deliver intensive support (3-4+ sessions/week per family) with a flexible schedule to meet family needs, including evenings.Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and secure necessary insurance authorizations.Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide critical crisis support.Facilitate team meetings with providers and families to ensure wraparound care.

What You Bring:

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field.Experience: Experience providing therapy to youth and families; crisis intervention experience is a plus.Skills:Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.A team-oriented and growth mindset.Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
